We cover meals plans and proper nutrition, advice and tips to stay on track, and how to overcome common struggles like emotional eating, self-sabatoge, and staying committed.
As your personal coach, my goal is also to guide you to a your next level of personal growth and total wellness. This in not just about a physical transformation- I want to help you create habits and mindsets that will create long-term success in ALL areas of your life! You will need to be willing to dig a little deeper and face the obstacles that have kept you from reaching your potential in the past.

CHALLENGE REQUIREMENTS:
1. You must choose an at-home Beachbody fitness program.
If you do not already own one, I can work with you to pick the perfect one to meet your goals. (Ask and I will share with you how to save 25-30% by ordering your Shakeology and program together!)

2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the 30 days and follow my nutrition
