Tip on Starting Your Day

Here's something to add to your morning routine! If you're looking for some added IMMUNE SUPPORT this cold/flu season, try drinking some warm lemon water in the morning. If you drink it first thing, before breakfast, it also revs up your METABOLISM for the day and gets things moving (if you know what I mean).

I've been doing this for almost 3 years now and I haven't gotten a cold in at least that long! Definitely worth a try!
