Refill Your Bucket

Starting out today, the awesome message from church this weekend sticks in my head- 

"You MUST remember to fill your emotional bucket!"



As we get stressed and over-worked, it's easy to drain ourselves down to nothing. Every problem, phone call, urgent email, and unfinished task pokes a hole in our emotional bucket. It's important to do things DAILY that fill you back up and keep you from running empty.

So what can we do to stay full, even amongst the draining holes?

For me that includes spending time with my husband, reading my bible or taking a nice long bubble bath! It can be as simple as listen to music or even reading a good book. All these things fill you up so you can tackle the next thing draining task in your day.

So, what fills you up? What makes you feel re-energized and alive again?!?
